These terms govern your use of the Tender Audit website and tools. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. What Tender Audit is
Tender Audit is an independent commercial tool that provides tender readiness guidance — a Bid / Maybe / No-Bid assessment, document and compliance prompts, and suggested response structure — for public tenders in Ireland and Northern Ireland.
2. What Tender Audit is not
- It is not legal, financial or professional procurement advice.
- It is not a bid-writing service and does not submit tenders on your behalf.
- It does not guarantee tender eligibility, submission acceptance or contract award.
- It is not affiliated with eTenders.gov.ie, eTendersNI or any public buyer (see our Disclaimer).
3. Accuracy and your responsibility
Our audits are generated from the information and tender text you provide. They may not capture every requirement, and tenders change. You remain fully responsible for reading the official tender documents, meeting all requirements and deadlines, and deciding whether and how to bid. Always verify against the official notice on the relevant portal.
4. Payments
Some features are paid (for example the full Tender Readiness Report, a subscription, or a Response Pack). Prices are shown on the site and may change. [Add your refund/cancellation terms — e.g. subscriptions can be cancelled anytime and run to the end of the paid period.]
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or upload unlawful content or content you do not have the right to share.
6. Intellectual property
The site, its content and tools are owned by Tender Audit. You keep ownership of the tender content and business information you submit, and you grant us permission to process it to provide your audit.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tender Audit is not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on its guidance, including any tender outcome. The service is provided "as is".
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [Ireland / Northern Ireland — choose your jurisdiction].
